We take care of many of the hassles in the home, fixing everything from electrical wiring to fridges and washing machines, as well as looking after drains, plumbing and home security with our Dyno-Rod brand.
We also continue to invest in the future of energy in the UK. We’ve pledged to invest at least £15 billion by 2020. This will go towards funding new power stations, wind farms, and contracts to bring gas from other countries to the UK.
About the sponsorship
British Gas is delighted to be able to support and encourage the GB row crew in their world recording breaking attempt. As a company with a large male workforce of gas servicing, repair and installation engineers, we are also adding our support to the team to help to raise £100,000 for Orchid the male cancer charity. Throughout the 25 days that the crew will be rowing around the UK, we will be eagerly watching their progress and raising awareness of the importance of health promotion to our engineers.
Also we have ordered: our personalized training kit from Grays Gilbert in Rugby which will display the website address and some sponsor logos, all our clothing for on the boat – top, mid and base layers, gloves and wet weather gear.
